Hunsader Farms 26th Annual Pumpkin Festival

The Hunsader Farms 26th Annual Pumpkin Festival is taking place on Oct. 14–15, 21–22, and 28–29. The festival has all kinds of neat attractions, including live music, craft shows, games, and hayrides. There will also be a corn maze, chainsaw sculpture, petting zoo, and more. Oh, and don’t forget about the zip line and the frog jumping championship. You can also pick out a pumpkin to carve into a jack-o-lantern when you visit the festival.

Howl-O-Ween Movie Night Spooktacular

If scary movies are more your thing, attend the Howl-O-Ween Movie Night Spooktacular at Ed Smith Stadium. The FREE event takes place on Oct. 15. There will be a costume parade, kids’ games, and some fun activities. You’ll also get to see a screening of “Hotel Transylvania.”

You can’t bring food and drinks with you, but there will be concessions available to buy once you’re there.

5k Ghost Run and Poker Walk

Get ready for a spooktacular run at the 5k Ghost Run and Power Walk in Bradenton. This is the fourth year Bradenton has hosted the event that includes something for the entire family. Kids love the monster dashes, and your four-legged friend will enjoy the ghost run with doggies. This race takes place on Oct. 21.

Main Street Live Downtown Street Party

Bradenton’s Main Street Live Downtown Street Party is always a lot of fun. This season is going to kick off with a Halloween Party on Oct. 28. Enjoy live music and Halloween-themed events at this party. Open alcohol consumption is allowed on Old Main Street during the Halloween bash.

The 29th Annual Bill’s Beer Run is going to be on Oct. 29 this year. While this run isn’t technically a Halloween event, runners are encouraged to wear costumes to celebrate Halloween. How can you go wrong when you combine beer, racing, and costumes? It’s sure to be a fun day.
